Our Head Chef

         My goal is to create and prepare our beautiful and delicious Thai dishes using only the freshest ingredients.  Every little detail in creating a dish is like an art.

          I get to create my art for those that don’t know Thai food.  But I also get to create new impressions for those that do.  I want our guests to feel how authentic we are and also see the elegance of our presentation of traditional Thai food.
